Amuse restaurant serves dinner in an elegant and contemporary atmosphere 

The carefully selected wine list focuses on a wide array of excellent oregon and california wines

Erik Brown and Jamie North opened Amuse restaurant August 15, 2000.

Amuse is located at 15 N. First Street in downtown Ashland, conveniently a few blocks from The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Inns, and shopping.

Chef/Owner Erik Brown prepares a Northwest/French menu daily; utilizing organic, seasonal meat and produce. .In the summer months enjoy a relaxing dinner on the patio.

Days and hours of operation change seasonally, please call for current information.

Reservations are taken up to two months in advance and are not required but recommended.
